PURPOSE: A hydraulic hammer capable of regulating driving frequency is provided to improve working efficiency by controlling the driving frequency of a tool per minute variously according to the condition of a job site. CONSTITUTION: The hydraulic hammer with regulable driving frequency comprises a cylinder(3) formed on a hammer body(1) and provided with a piston(4), a changeover valve(2) controlling the hydraulic pressure transferred to the cylinder(3), a bypass passage formed to a fifth passage(255) which connects a backward room(31) of the cylinder(3) and the changeover valve(2), and a flow control valve(7) installed on the bypass passage.
