The apparatus has a tube (2) of diameter of a base and tube (3) that is housed in the former tube with lower diameter. A hoof is supported by a pin, and two ferrules encase itself on the tube (3). The tube (2) is fixed at a predefined angle on the base including stabilizers (5, 6, 7). Two flexible plastic pieces (11, 12) are formed on a bearer, such that the pieces adapt to contour on articulation of the hoof.
