<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that can shorten the output time (first print-out time) of a 1st sheet and can be made small-sized. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet supply part is arranged at the lowermost part of a printer so as to be substantially horizontal. A main conveyance path for guiding a sheet from a transfer means to a fixing means is arranged in a substantially vertical direction so as to be along the back of the printer.
