PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor and costs of recovery and re-delivery accompanied with misdelivery of a device.

SOLUTION: This system is constituted in a manner that a model judging part 52 judges whether a combination of a serial number of a printer 200 received from a personal computer 100 and a user ID is equal to a combination managed by a delivery schedule database 58. When the combinations are not equal to each other, the model judging part 52 is designed to further judge whether a model number managed by the delivery schedule database 58 corresponding to the received user ID is equal to the model number managed by the delivery schedule database 58 corresponding to the received serial number. A rewriting part 56 rewrites the user ID managed by the delivery schedule database 58 into the received user ID when the model numbers are judged as equal.
