<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic cap removing device capable of automatically and readily removing both a cap main body 5 and a cap ring 6 from a bottle body 2. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic cap removing device is constituted of a conveying means for conveying a plastic bottle 1 forward, a feeding guide 12 which is provided on sides of the conveying means from the upstream to the downstream and guides the conveyed bottle body 2, a cutting means 13 which is provided on the upstream side of the conveying means and cuts the cap main body 5 and the cap ring 6 in a radial direction to give a cut line C, and a rotary removing means 14 which is provided on the downstream side of the conveying means, slides on both sides of the cap body 5 and the cap ring 6 and rotates the cap body 5 in the direction to loosen the cap main body 5 to remove the cap body 5 and the cap ring 6 from the bottle body 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
