PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, inexpensively and securely share Internet resources with an opposite party during a call on an IP telephone set only by using a communication terminal and without using another unit and without need of a troublesome operation.

SOLUTION: An Internet resource sharing means is provided for sharing the same Internet resources (WEB data and FTP file) with opposite communication terminals (200 and 220) during a call. The Internet resources are shared by transmitting or receiving URL information on the objective Internet resources by using FTP or an electronic mail protocol, or by operating one's own machine or the opposite communication terminal as an HTTP proxy server and the other machine as an HTTP client and transmitting or receiving the objective Internet resources themselves by using an HTTP proxy procedure between the own machine and the opposite communication terminal.
