<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing structure of a transmitter for a tire status monitoring device enabling a valve stem to be installed in a wheel by using an automatic mounter even if the valve stem has a casing. <P>SOLUTION: A recessed part 33 allowing the jig 50 of the automatic mounter to abut thereon to hold the casing 30 is formed in the casing 30 on the extension of the center axis of the valve stem 10. When the valve stem 10 is installed, the valve stem 10 having the casing 30 is held by the jig 50 of the automatic mounter. Accordingly, even if the valve stem 10 has the casing 30, the valve stem 10 can be mounted in a valve hole 21 in the wheel 20 by using the automatic mounter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
