<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker unit and an audio output device which are miniaturized and lightened. <P>SOLUTION: In a speaker core 10 and the speaker unit using it, a counter mass 18 which utilizes the masses of a reception circuit 31, a battery 32 and a case 33, is arranged at one end side of a vibration element 12.
