PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high density recording information recording medium which has a high format efficiency and in which a narrow track can be realized, and a high reliability reproducing method of the high density record information recording medium. SOLUTION: Parts of which Addresses in both adjacent groove parts of a land part are the same are provided, and a selection mark indicating effectiveness of the part is arranged. The selection mark is discriminated by utilizing that a wobble waveform of the land part is varied depending on whether wobble data of the adjacent groove part is same or different. As using a wobble address system being profitable for format efficiency combining with land groove type recording being able to make a track narrow, a large capacity optical disk in which high density recording can be performed, can be realized.
