TWO-PACK TOP COATING COMPOSITION FOR WATERPROOF MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-pack top coating composition for a waterproof material, usable for forming a polyurethane resin waterproof material layer having a top coat layer having excellent weather resistance and stain resistance. SOLUTION: The two-pack top coating composition for a waterproof material contains (A) a solvent composed mainly of a paraffinic solvent and/or a naphthenic solvent, (B) a fluoroolefin copolymer having a functional group reactive with isocyanate group and having a fluorine content of≥5 wt.%, (C) a polyisocyanate hardener giving a soft texture and (D) an alkyl silicate and/or its derivative.
