PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To temporarily form an environment for performing various works represented by office work in a space which is not necessarily dedicated for the work such as at home. SOLUTION: This work environment constituting fixture C is provided with a furniture element 1 exhibiting a prescribed furniture function and, at least, a single shielding member 2 supported to the furniture element 1 and being displaceable between a shield position S which shields the sight line of other people heading to workers and a waiting position O removing the shield of the sight line of the other person.
