PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce a power consumption and damages of an organic thin film layer by connecting a first cathode conduction layer and a third cathode conduction layer. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescence device comprises an ITO layer(42) serving as a cathode electrode, a light emitting layer(45), and a low reflective cathode layer which are sequentially formed on a glass substrate(41). The low reflective cathode layer includes a first cathode conduction layer(46), a second cathode transparent conduction layer(48) which is smaller than the gap formed between cathode separators, and a third cathode conduction layer(50) connected to the first cathode conduction layer.
