The clip has a U-shaped raceway (10) including a base with diameter equal to diameter of a tube. Two clipping legs (12, 13) are soldered respectively with branches (17, 18) of the raceway to form V-shaped grooves with innerwalls of the branches. The covering plate has a pair of legs (31, 32) with its ends (33, 34) plugged into respective V-shaped grooves when the plate is fixed on the branches of the raceway. A fixing unit (30) fixes the covering plate with two branches of the raceway.
