PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent overheating and to simplify handling and mounting work of a temperature fuse for preventing overheating. SOLUTION: A line filter comprises at least two winding coils 3 and 4, and a coil bobbin around which the winding coils 3 and 4 are wound. Terminals of the winding coils 3 and 4 are connected in series with the temperature fuse 5 via an auxiliary terminal 12 provided in the coil bobbin 12. The temperature fuse 5 is so fixed as to be in contact with the periphery of the winding coils 3 and 4 or with the coil bobbin 2. When the winding coils 3 and 4 overheat, the temperature fuse 5 melts the winding coils 3 and 4 to immediately cut off a current flowing therein. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
