PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable electrophotographic photoreceptor which is good in productivity and obviates the degradation in characteristics, such as photoresponsiveness, even when used under low-temperature environment and the like. SOLUTION: A polycarbonate resin having an asymmetric diol component and the enamine compound expressed by, general formula (1), for example, constitutional formula (2) are incorporated into a photosensitive layer of the electrophotographic photoreceptor. Thereby, the electrophotographic photoreceptor which is excellent in the productivity and durability and exhibits the good electrical characteristics under various kinds of the environment is realized.
