PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CT detector 20 capable of enhancing the optical coupling of a scintillator with a photodiode. SOLUTION: This CT detector is constituted by using a controlled air gap 92 provided between a photodiode array 52 and a scintillator array 56 with an anti-reflective layer 86 provided on the scintillator array. The photodiode array includes a textured light reception surface 88 for improving light absorption. The textured layer may extend along x-axis and/or y-axis, and the textured shape may take various forms. For example, the textured layer may include a series of conical protrusions 90.
