PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a structure which turns a seat backwardly with a seat back in a forwardly folded condition on a seat cushion, and stores the seat in a recess in a vehicle floor to a vehicle of short overall length by devising the parts layout below the floor. SOLUTION: A third row seat 3 of a vehicle V is supported by a floor 4 in a backwardly turnable manner with a seat back 32 and a head rest 33 in a folded condition. A recess 41 is formed behind the third row seat 3 on the floor 4 of the vehicle V, and the third row seat 3 is stored in the recess 41 when the third row seat 3 is folded and backwardly turned. A silencer 5 disposed before the recess 41 has an elliptical shape, and laid out so that the longitudinal direction thereof is matched with the vehicle width direction, and the major axis of an ellipse as a section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is matched with the vertical direction of the vehicle.
