PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the fouling by rebounding of paint accompanying discharge of the paint of a rotary atomization painting device having a center cone section on the inner back side of an atomizing head and to improve the washability of the rotary atomization painting device. SOLUTION: The rotary atomization painting device 3 having the center cone section 33 on the inner 1 back side of the atomizing head constitutes an apex 35 which is an undulation part in the outer peripheral part of the section 33 such that the angleθformed by intersection of bell head 3 with a hypotenuse extension of the apex 35 located on the central side of the bell head 3 satisfies 30°≤θ<180°.
