MOLDED POLE TRANSFORMER FOR OUTDOOR USE CAPABLE OF AVOIDING EXPLOSION BY ADOPTING SOLID INSULATING SYSTEM USING EPOXY RESIN

PURPOSE: A molded pole transformer is provided to prevent explosion by adopting a solid insulating system using an epoxy resin, and prevent an environmental contamination by avoiding use of oil. CONSTITUTION: A molded pole transformer comprises a transformer body(100) constituted by assembling an iron core(102) to a molded structure(101) formed by molding primary and secondary coils through the use of an epoxy resin; a transformer outer case(110) for accommodating the transformer body, wherein the transformer outer case has a high voltage bushing(111) and a low voltage bushing arranged on the outer surface of the transformer outer case, and a bottom surface which is opened, excluding a support member(140) for supporting the transformer body, so as to serve as an air ventilating port(110h) for cooling the heat generated from the transformer body; and a case cover(120) coupled onto the top surface of the transformer outer case such that the case cover is attachable/detachable, wherein the case cover is coupled to the top of the transformer outer case with a predetermined gap formed between the case cover and the transformer outer case in such a manner that the air introduced from the air ventilating port formed at the bottom surface of the transformer outer case is discharged through the top of the transformer outer case.
