PURPOSE: A preparation method of a shoe sole having an air cushion layer is provided to produce a shoe sole having an excellent cushion function and a sense of touch and maintaining a form of the cushion even after a long time usage. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of a shoe sole having an air cushion layer comprises the steps of: laying a sheet type non-vulcanized rubber in a female die(B1) and pressing it in a form of a male die form to form an air cushion layer(B3); laminating a thin film non-woven fabric fusion layer(B4) of a polyester fiber as an upper layer and a polypropylene or polyethylene layer(B5) as a lower layer thereon; superimposing an insole with narrower holes(B6) than a hole of the air cushion layer thereon and the sheet type non-vulcanized rubber again thereon and pressing it with a flat press die to form and take out a shoe insole; and vulcanizing.
