<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which realizes a control for prolonging the continuous working time in driving by battery. <P>SOLUTION: When a battery remaining power automatic detector 101 detects that the battery remaining power is below a fixed value, a central processing controller 100 instructs a radio communication device 107 to change its communication mode from a class 2 for a high output level to a class 3 for a low output level in order to reduce the power consumption to prolong the continuous working time.
