<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an estimate from being issued doubly due to mistaken transfer of business between organizations. <P>SOLUTION: This system includes a first database for storing the number of issued estimates received from a master organization 1 and supplier information, and a second database for storing the number and the supplier information whose inputs are received by a slave organization. The system also has a processing means. After receiving an instruction to issue an estimate, the processing means searches the first database for the number of data and the supplier information while using the number and the supplier information stored in the second database. Further, when the search indicates that there is a record where the number and the supplier information stored in the second database match the number of data and the supplier information stored in the first database, the issuing of the estimate is denied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
