<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas processing system for reducing generation of dioxin and the like while having an existing electric dust collector, and reducing equipment cost and a construction period. <P>SOLUTION: This exhaust gas processing system has an incinerator 34 for arranging a re-combustion burner 11 on the upstream side in the exhaust gas flowing direction of an exhaust gas outlet side contraction flow part 43 of an empty tower part, an exhaust gas cooling system 14 arranged on the downstream side in the exhaust gas flowing direction of the incinerator 34, and the electric dust collector 15 arranged on the downstream side in the exhaust gas flowing direction of the exhaust gas cooling system 14. Generation of the dioxin and the like in the incinerator is restrained by starting of the re-combustion burner 11, and inlet exhaust gas temperature of the electric dust collector 15 is reduced to temperature or less for resynthesizing the dioxin and the like by the exhaust gas cooling system 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
