<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food recycling system wherein residual food can be stored without emitting odor or the like, it is facilitated for a collector/carrier to secure a volume commensurate with costs for collection and carrying work, and grasp the volume of collection/transportation so as to facilitate their cost-accounting, and it is facilitated for installations to grasp the usage of vegetable against its stock. <P>SOLUTION: In a series of the food-recycling system, residual food mainly composed of vegetables disposed from installations such as supermarkets is collected and carried and composted. Fresh vegetables are raised with the compost, and harvested vegetables are supplied to the installations for circulation. In the installations for food-recycling system, cold-insulation boxes 1 are provided for cold-insulation of food discharged from the installations. In the cold-insulation boxes, amounts of residual food can be measured, and negative-ion generation treatment is given. When an appropriate amount of residual food is stored in the cold-insulation boxes 1 in the installations, the boxes 1 provided in the installations are collected and transported to repeat the circulation recycling over and over. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
