PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program reserving/reproducing device for allowing a person performing video recording to have no possibility that video recording is interrupted due to a power failure, etc., and enabling a contents provider to provide contents with no anxiety over copying. SOLUTION: Program reservation information transmitted from a user terminal 3 is written in a table 11, and a broadcast program transmitted from a broadcast program providing device 2 is selected on the basis of data in the table 11 and written in a contents DB 13. Also, a program reproduction condition transmitted from the broadcast program providing device 2 is written in a table 12. The broadcast program in the contents DB is transmitted to the user terminal 3 in response to a request from the user terminal 3.
