PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage stabilizing apparatus which stabilizes and outputs an input voltage and can efficiently and linearly control the output voltage. SOLUTION: This voltage stabilizing device for stabilizing and outputting an input voltage is provided with a toroidal coil where a control coil is wound around an annular core having a through-hole, a power feeder put through the through-hole of the toroidal coil for feeding a power between input/output terminals, a voltage detecting means for detecting the voltage of the output terminal, a standard voltage generating means for generating a standard voltage, a voltage comparing means for comparing the voltage detected by the voltage detecting means with the standard voltage generated by the standard voltage generating means and a current control means for controlling currents to be supplied to the control coil of the toroidal coil so that the detected voltage can be matched with the standard voltage as the comparison result in the voltage comparing means.
