PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric control valve of high pressure tightness specification, having superior pressure tightness and securing the sufficient airtight joining strength. SOLUTION: A rotor case 31 and a lower lid member 2 are butted and welded by laser welding (W1, W2) over two rounds at different positions in the direction orthogonal to butt joining faces 31D, 23A of the rotor case 31 and the lower lid member 2.
