PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch release bearing device providing an improved feel of operation. SOLUTION: A guide portion 22b of a guide sleeve 20 is provided apart from a cylindrical portion 21. When sinkage occurs in resin molding resulting from the thickness of an anvil portion 22a, the deformation of the cylindrical portion 21 is suppressed even in the deformation of the guide portion 22b with the influences of the sinkage, because of the guide portion 22b being apart from the cylindrical portion 21, and so the circularity of the cylindrical portion is maintained.
