PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat tube with an inner fin for an EGR cooler for preventing soot or the like from adhering inside. SOLUTION: The flat tube has a pair of a first plate 1 and a second plate 2 formed in a shallow groove shape, and is provided with a recessed or projected turbulence forming part on a inner surface side, and the inner fin 3 with a corrugated cross section arranged inside.
