PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling planting apparatus solving the problem that conventionally provided seedling planting apparatus can rotate its outer side planting frame around an inner side longitudinal rotating axis to bend or fold upward or downward, but when an operator separates the outer ends of an adjustable shaft, supported by the outer side planting frame, from the center of a center planting frame and returns the outer side planting frame as it was, the frame remains as it is, and making the outer end connectable with a center part by the operator. SOLUTION: This seedling planting apparatus has arms 50 and 51 respectively projected from ends of a center part 37a and an outer part 37b of the adjusting axis 37, wherein, when the planting frame 22 is rotated around the longitudinal rotating axis 41 to bring the frame 22 close to the inside, the outer part 37b of the the adjusting axis 37 is separated from the center part 37a and, when the outer planting frame 22 is returned, the arm 50 and 51 are connected to each other and the outer part 37b of the adjusting axis 37 is connected with the center part 37a.
