PURPOSE: A coupling device is provided to reduce assembly procedures and achieve improved productivity by using a coupling member for coupling a cathode ray tube and a cabinet, rather than a band. CONSTITUTION: A coupling device comprises a fixing groove formed at an inner surface of a front cabinet(10a) such that a protrusion(1a) of a panel(1) is inserted and supported in the fixing groove; at least one fixing plates(12) which tightly contact a rear portion of the protrusion of the panel at the state where the protrusion of the panel tightly contacts the inner surface of the front cabinet; and a coupling member(13) for fixing the fixing plates to the inner surface of the front cabinet.
