PURPOSE: A method for producing a laminated foamed barrier sheet is provided to have an enough interlaminar bonding strength and a beautiful appearance. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing the laminated foamed sheet having first, second and third plastic layers comprises the steps of: laminating a first adhesive layer, the third plastic layer and a second adhesive layer in order and extruding a melted laminated membrane(2) wherein each of an adhesive resin of the first adhesive layer and an adhesive resin of the second adhesive layer is melted; and forming a laminated sheet by laminating the plastic membrane having an olefinic unfoamed layer, the melted laminated membrane and a plastic sheet having a propylene resin foamed layer in order, compressing and bonding it.
