ADHESIVE COMPOSITION COMPRISING SILICONE RESIN, PLATINUM CATALYST AND SILICONE-BASED CURING AGENT RESIN, AND HEAT RESISTANT ADHESIVE TAPE COATED WITH THE COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: An adhesive composition and a heat resistant adhesive tape coated with the composition are provided, to prevent the transfer of a silicone resin adhesive into the body to be coated. CONSTITUTION: The adhesive composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a silicone resin; 1.0-5.0 parts by weight of a platinum catalyst; and 1.0-5.0 parts by weight of a silicone-based curing agent resin. The silicone-based curing agent resin contains 30% or more of a hydride group based on the total side chains. The adhesive tape has the residual amount of a silicone adhesive of 1.0 g/m2 or less when an adhesive film is laminated to a lead frame, is heated for 60 min and is delaminated, and then the residual amount of a silicone adhesive solution remaining in copper is measured.
