摘要 PURPOSE: A dielectric barrier discharge type low pressure discharge lamp is provided to simplify the configuration of feeder portion and reduce costs, by forming current conductor layers on the surface of a tubular glass lamp container by a soldering material. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric barrier discharge type low pressure discharge lamp(11) comprises a tubular glass lamp container(10) having current conductor layers(31,36) serving as an electrode formed on the outer surface of at least one end thereof. The current conductor layers are formed on the surface of the tubular glass lamp container by a soldering material. A feeder metal piece(106) is fixed on the current conductor layers by a soldering process. The soldering material contains, as a main component, tin, an alloy of tin and indium, or an alloy of tin and bismuth. The current conductor layers are formed by ultrasonic dipping the soldering material.
