PURPOSE: Provided are a terminal-modified diene copolymer capable of improving a mechanical, physical property directly related to physical property of tire, and rolling resistance and wet skid resistance of tire at the same time, and a tire tread rubber composition comprising the same. CONSTITUTION: The copolymer is obtained by coupling an activated terminal of homopolymer of conjugated diene compound polymerized by organic lithium initiator in the presence of nonpolar solvent or a copolymer consisting of at least one conjugated diene compound and vinyl-substituted aromatic compound, with at least one compound selected from organosilicic compounds comprising polyalkylene group represented by formula 1: (X)a(R)b(R1)cSi-R3(R4)d(R5)e-Si(X)f(R)g(R2)h. In the formula 1, X is at least one selected from halogen atom such as fluorine, chlorine, bromine or iodine; each of R1 and R2 is unsubstituted or substituted C1-C10 alkyl group or hydrogen(wherein the substituent is fluorine or chlorine); R3 is C1-C10 alkylene; R4 and R5 are the same or different, and hydrogen, Si(X)a(R)b(R1)c or Si(X)f(R)g(R2)h; R which is polyalkylene group, is represented by formula C(R6)(R7)CH(R8)C(R6)(R7)O-{C(R6)(R7)C(R6)(R7)O}iR9 (wherein R6, R7, and R8 are the same or different, and unsubstituted or substituted C1-C10 alkyl group, hydrogen, fluorine or chlorine(wherein the substituent is fluorine or chlorine), R9 is methyl, ethyl, C(=O)(CH2)hCH3 or SO2CH3, a and f is a number of 1-3, d and e is 0 or 1, b, c, g and h are a number of 0-2, provided that a+b+c+f+g+h = 6, b, c, g, and h are a number of 0-2, provided that a+b+c+f+g+h = 6, i is a number of 0-20).
