PURPOSE: A stable and taste masked pharmaceutical dosage form including porous apatite grains and a drug entrapped in pores of the grains is provided. It exhibits its stable medicinal efficacy even when stored for a long period of time and permits encapsulation of drugs with an unpleasant taste, thereby permitting easier swallowing of drugs. CONSTITUTION: The stable and taste masked pharmaceutical dosage form contains porous apatite grains, 0.1 to 45% by weight of a drug entrapped in pores of the grains and additionally 0.1 to 10% by weight of water-soluble polymers, based on the weight of the grains, wherein the grains have a size of 0.1 to 1,000μm and the pores of the grains have an opening of 0.5 to 300μm. The grains have a specific surface area of 32 to 58m¬2 per unit gram. The drug is zinc gluconate, copper gluconate, aspirin, ibuprofen or ascorbic acid. The water-soluble polymer is selected from the group consisting of chitosan, gelatin, agar, cellulose, chitin, starch, dextrin, cyclodextrin, polylactic acid, poly(amino) acid, polyethylene glycol, polyacrylate, hyaluronic acid, polyvinyl alcohol, povidone.
