PURPOSE: A screw/cement retained prosthesis and abutment, and a method for installing the prosthesis to the abutment are provided to take advantages of both the prosthesis and abutment while compensating their disadvantages, and to enable easy coupling and separation of the abutment and the prosthesis by way of inclined surfaces. CONSTITUTION: The method for installing a screw/cement retained prosthesis(150) to an abutment(120) comprises the steps of: providing the abutment having a lower coupling protrusion and a first screw hole; appropriately positioning and inserting the protrusion into a coupling groove of a fixture(110); fastening the abutment to the fixture using a screw corresponding to the first screw hole; providing the prosthesis having a second screw hole corresponding to the first screw hole; and coupling the prosthesis to the abutment by interposing a dental cement.
