PURPOSE: A label waybill for a package delivery service is provided, which is simply constructed and easily manufactured at low production cost while allowing a recovery label to be easily removed from a parcel and preventing an adhesive layer corresponding to the back of the recovery label from being sticky. CONSTITUTION: The label waybill(1) comprises: a printing layer(10) having first and second surface layers(11, 13) each having a printable surface and a cutting line(16) formed on at least one region of the boundary between the first and second surface layers(11, 13), the second surface layer(13) consisting of a released sheet(14) and a remaining sheet(15); an adhesive layer(20) formed on the back of the second surface layer(13), which corresponds to a region except the back of the first surface layer(11); and a release sheet layer(30) formed on the back of the printing layer(10) to be separably adhered to the adhesive layer(20) and containing a silicone layer(31) and a glassine sheet.
