POLYIMIDE ADHESIVE TAPE COMPRISING POLYIMIDE BASE FILM, ADHESIVE STRENGTH REINFORCING LAYER AND SILICONE ADHESIVE LAYER

PURPOSE: A polyimide adhesive tape is provided, to improve the stability of process and the confidence of product by reducing the transfer of a silicone resin adhesive into the body to be adhered. CONSTITUTION: The polyimide adhesive tape comprises a polyimide base film(1); an adhesive strength reinforcing layer(2) having a thickness of 0.3-1 micrometers; and a silicone adhesive layer(3). Preferably the adhesive strength reinforcing layer(2) is formed by dissolving 100 parts by weight of a silicone resin, 0.1-1.0 parts by weight of a platinum catalyst and 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of a curing agent resin in an organic solvent, coating the obtained solution on a base film and curing the coated one. Preferably the polyimide adhesive tape has an adhesive strength of 4-35 g/cm to a copper foil and a silicon transfer of 0.05 g/m2 or less.
