PURPOSE: A method for removing sludge under water and a device thereof are provided to prevent water pollution by brushing the bottom and continuously removing and discharging sludge under water with a pumping unit and a discharge unit. CONSTITUTION: A portable sludge suction apparatus(10) is composed of an absorbing part and an operating part. A sludge muddiness preventive pad(13) is mounted around a semicircular housing(12) of the absorbing part, and a brush(6) is rotated with a hydraulic rotating motor(14) and installed in the housing to discharge sludge out of a discharge port(8) of the housing by wiping and brushing the sludge at low speed. The operating part is installed in the rear part of the sludge suction apparatus, and wheels(15) are mounted at both sides. A sliding shaft(16) lifts up and down a cab(11), and a sliding float(17) moves the cab up and down according to the water level. |
