PURPOSE: A photosensitive compound, its preparation method, a photosensitive polymer, a photoresist composition containing the polymer and a method for preparing the black matrix or fluorescent layer of a color cathode ray tube are provided, to improve sensitivity and environmental-friendliness. CONSTITUTION: The photosensitive compound is represented by the formula 1, wherein Q is an organic moiety; and R3 is a methyl group or a phenyl group. Preferably the photosensitive compound is represented by the formula 2, wherein R1 is an alkylene group of C1-C3; R2 is an alkyl group of C1-C3; and R3 is a methyl group or a phenyl group. The photosensitive polymer comprises the repeating unit represented by the formula 1. The photosensitive compound of the formula 2 is prepared by reacting a compound represented by CH(R2O)2-R1-C(=O)-CH=CH-Ar-N3 and a compound represented by R3NHNH2.
