FIELD: oil extractive industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has deep sensor of displacement of pump plunger on basis of magnetic-sensitive elements, evenly placed on non-magnetic insert in tubing column above rod of deep pump, ring constant magnet fixed on rod in section of non-magnetic insert and impulse forming means connected to deep displacement sensor. Additionally device has sensor of dead point of swinger mount, first and second controllers and autonomous power device. First controller is mounted in sector of well mouth and its input is connected to output of upper dead point sensor. Second controller is mounted near deep displacement sensor and its first and second inputs are connected respectively to first and second outputs of deep displacement sensor through impulse forming means. Autonomous power device is mounted near deep displacement sensor and is used for powering deep displacement sensor, second controller and impulse forming means. During process of mounting of controlling device of deep sucker-rod pump before start of lowering of deep displacement sensor synchronization is performed for operation of first and second controllers by means of outputting reset signal onto reset inputs of controllers. ^ EFFECT: simplified device construction and higher interference resistance. ^ 1 dwg
