A soil plate for an underfloor heating or cooling system using water pipes in a concrete screed having on its upper surface a network of regularly spaced counter draft blocks to hold the pipes and intended to be combined with other identical or similar plates to form a carpet of blocks to receive the pipes and hold them in place until the concrete is poured. The soil plate consists of a thermally insulating base plate forming a sole with a smooth upper surface and a covering plate fixed to it bearing the network of blocks. The base plate and covering plate are both equipped on their edges with linking means permitting the assembly of a series of plates side-by-side. The blocks are linked to one another by grooves for the reception of the pipes. The covering plate consists of a meshed element comprising two assemblies of regularly spaced parallel grooves, essentially perpendicular to one another with an assembly of small outward leaning tongues and disposed on a circle provided at the level of each intersection. Its underside is provided with a series of pins capable of fastening into the material of the base plate to permit assembly of the two plates. |
