PURPOSE: A drum brake for a vehicle is provided to prevent rattle noise of the drum brake by vertical movement of a shoe web in traveling on the uneven road by forming the stepped portion in the end of the web contacted to the anchor block. CONSTITUTION: A drum brake comprises a drum rotating with a wheel; a couple of brake shoes formed at both sides of the drum and contacted to the inside of the drum for braking; a web arranged in the brake shoe; a parking lever turned and installed to the brake shoe; an anchor block(42) turning and supporting the brake shoe; and a strut transmitting power from one brake shoe to the other brake shoe through the parking lever. A stepped portion(101) is formed in the end of the web contacted to the anchor block, and protruded between a strut restoring spring(90b) and the upper pat of the anchor block.
