FIELD: biotechnology, medicine, oncology, veterinary science. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention describes polypeptides and nucleic acids (in the description - nucleotide sequences) encoding such polypeptides causing or enhancing the immune response to protein HER-2/neu and also their using for treatment of malignancy associated with oncogene HER-2/neu. Also, invention describes a fused polypeptide. For immunization polypeptide and fused polypeptide are used in combination with adjuvant. Invention proposes compositions for induction or enhancement of T-cellular response for protein HER-2/neu based on polypeptide or DNA, or viral vector operating polypeptide expression, and also compositions for immunization of warm-blooded animal against the malignant formation based on polypeptide or DNA, or viral vector operating polypeptide expression.
