FIELD: medicine, oncology, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a stable formulation of an anticancer preparation comprising paclitaxel and to a method for its preparing. Method involves dissolving crystalline paclitaxel in neutral organic solvent taken among the group consisting of acetonitrile, dioxane, ethanol or their mixture under condition that the content of individual solvents in mixture is in the range from 5% to 95% while the water content is in the range from 0 to 60% followed by optional filtering the solution formed, freezing and removing solvents by sublimation under reduced pressure, at low temperature and optional separation for doses under conditions providing sterility.
