摘要 FIELD: manufacture of helicopters, planetary and other reduction gears of helicopters. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for making gear wheels and controlling process of assembling multi-flow reduction gears having at least one stage of one or several pairs of cylindrical outer-engagement gear wheels with skew teeth and(or) one stage of one or several pairs of bevel outer-engagement gear wheels with circular teeth; in order to increase working accuracy, applying on each gear wheel at least one mark corresponding to minimum or maximum radial beating of its toothed rim; monitoring process of working gear wheel according to said mark in order to mutually compensate radial beating of toothed rim and first harmonic of curves of accumulated errors; working alternatively profiles of drive bevel gear wheels, at first working similar profiles of teeth and then adjacent profiles of those teeth; monitoring process of working teeth according to said mark applied on end of large diameter of bevel gear wheel and spaced from tooth profile worked before than adjacent profile by distance no less than outer circumference module MTE; controlling working surfaces of any pairs of gear wheels by their side clearance and contact spot in generating machine tool at revolution number and braking torque identical at least to minimum and(or) maximum revolution number and(or) transmitted torque of pairs of gear wheels of reduction gear; removing contact spot of working surfaces of teeth of gear wheels from ends of teeth of cylindrical gear wheels with skew teeth by value no more than normal module Mn of their teeth; for bevel gear wheels with circular teeth removing contact spot of working surfaces of teeth of gear wheels from ends of large and respectively small diameters by value no more than outer circumference module MTE and inner circumference module mTE; setting allowance f"jo for local kinematic error of pair of gear wheels not exceeding 0.111 of maximum value of circumference side clearance J; setting allowance F"jo for kinematic error of pair of gear wheels not exceeding 0.555 of minimum value of circumference side clearance J; setting the last value in each pair of outer-engagement gear wheels in range (0.0025 - 0.0055)MTE for bevel gear wheels with circular teeth or (0.0025 - 0.0055) Mn for cylindrical gear wheels with skew teeth. ^ EFFECT: enhanced quality of working gear wheels. ^ 7 cl, 8 dwg
