MULTI-FUNCTIONAL ARTIFICIAL MARBLE HEATER PANEL HABING FAR INFRARED LAY EMITTING EFFECT AS WELL AS DEODORIZING AND ANTIBIOTIC PROPERTY

PURPOSE: A multi-functional artificial marble heater panel is provided to have a feeling like a natural marble and to give far infrared lay emitting effect as well as deodorizing and antibiotic property. CONSTITUTION: The multi-functional artificial marble heater panel comprises an artificial marble board(1); a film heater(2) disposed under a back side of the artificial marble board(1) and connected with a supply of electric power(5); a copper board(3) for heat conduction which is laminated in adhesion to the film heater(2) and the back side of artificial marble board(1); and a heat insulating board(4) which is disposed under a bottom side of the copper board(3) and is combined in conformity with a part extending from the bottom side of the artificial marble board(2). The artificial marble board is manufactured by press molding a filler comprising tourmaline and sericite or mica and bamboo charcoal powder with a binder comprising a curable acrylic modified unsaturated polyester resin.
