PURPOSE: A coffee extracting apparatus for a coffee machine is provided to smoothly extract coffee liquid by improving the structure of the coffee extracting apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A coffee extracting apparatus for a coffee machine is composed of a case detachably coupled to the coffee machine, a hopper(120), a cylinder member(150) having a cylinder(151), an upper piston(130) inserted into the cylinder and containing hot water, a lower piston(140) having a coffee discharge passage(142), cam members(210,220) and link members(230,240,250) for guiding the motion of the cylinder member and the upper and lower pistons, and a driving unit for supplying power to the cam members.
