ROBOT CLEANER AND METHOD FOR RECOGNIZING LOCATION THEREOF IN SPITE OF LUMINOUS BODY

PURPOSE: A robot cleaner and a method for recognizing location thereof are provided to precisely recognize the location of the robot cleaner regardless of a luminous body. CONSTITUTION: A robot cleaner is composed of a camera(30) installed at a cleaner body and photographing a ceiling, an image processing unit(34), and a control unit(40). The image processing unit processes an image photographed by the camera to indicate a luminous body. The control unit recognizes the location of the robot cleaner by using the location of the luminous body.
